Thunder Stick (sometimes written as Thunderstick or ThunderStick) was a journal published by Vancouver M.E.N. in the early nineties.

The editors considered it their goal to:

  • Promote the development of a positive male mode of being
  • Stimulate thought
  • Promote discussion of men's issues

This, by means of:

  • Promoting Vancouver M.E.N.'s events
    • Interviews with workshop presenters
    • Publishing articles by workshop presenters
    • Publishing an events calendar
  • Supporting men and local men's groups
    • Publishing articles by local men
    • Running a regular column for men's group activities
    • Publishing new and upcoming events, activities and issues
    • Publishing articles and book reviews of interest to men
  • Providing a forum for the discussion of men's issues
